Colleen is experienced in producing editorial illustrations for magazines, logos and adding visual interest to educational material and children's picture books. She enjoys the challenge of using art to communicate concepts, and is always looking for ways to improve her work.
Much of her portfolio is digital (she is proficient in using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator). She also sells her own acrylic and oil paintings as original artworks or archival prints.
Colleen holds a three year diploma in graphic design from the Ruth Prowse School of Art (Woodstock, Cape Town). After a short internship at the digital art studio Am I Collective, she started her freelancing career. Over the past decade, she has worked with variety of publishers and individuals from South Africa, the UK and the USA.
